Friends rave about this - going to have to try it.  I cooked a goose once for Xmas and told the family that if I ever said I was going to do it again, stop me, even if we can no longer remember why...



but this one is smoked, fully cooked.  "Juicy, like pastrami in texture, easy to prepare"
