Cooking in Siracusa

Cynthia and Fiora in the market as we decide on our menu


In the fish market buying sole
Filleted as we watch 


We made dough for cannoli and formed the shells


Fried them


We stuffed them with fresh ricotta. Cynthia worked at an Italian pastry shop while in high school and can handle these like a pro.





The finished product! As good as they look.
